Job Description:

• Providing Production technical support to applications assigned
• Working with Business Analyst and Product Manager/s to ideate software solutions
• Partner with Business / UX Design Analyst Build to build the front-end of applications with appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Comply with IT Security Standards, including but not limited to security and data protection settings
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Write technical documentation
• Demonstrate understanding of requirements definition and validation, as well as transformation to test cases, steps, User Stories, for a deep knowledge in Predictive, Hybrid and Agile development cycles and agile transformation tools ie. Github, Zenhub, RTC, Murally, Trello, slack, webex, etc.
